Our client is seeking a Business Development Director to join their highly regarded medical affairs team. The role will encompass a large percentage of medical affairs work, as well as some promotional (and no publications!).
YOU MUST HAVE WORKED IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE IN A HEALTHCARE COMMUNICATIONS AGENCY FOR THIS ROLE. The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive growth. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business.
Manage strategy and operations for business growth and diversify the existing client portfolio: Rare diseases, Oncology, Haem-onc, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Women’s Health, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and some diabetes.
Location: London/Manchester/Oxford - Hybrid (2 days a week, IDEALLY LONDON)
- 25 days holiday plus 3 between Xmas and NY
- ~10% bonus
- ~ Days in lieu if have to work at weekend for on-site work
- ~5% pension
- ~4 x salary life assurance
