We are a lead provider to Worcestershire County Council, guaranteeing the hours of work you need and minimizing travel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with washing, dressing, preparing meals and administering medication.
- Provide companionship and general assistance with everyday living for those who cannot manage independently.
Working Hours:
- Saturday/Sunday or alternative weekends.
- AM shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
- PM shift: 3:30 pm – 11:00 pm.
Full‑time staff must be able to work across the following areas: Kidderminster, Kinver, Stourport and Bewdley.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old and in possession of a right to work in the UK.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle (required for full‑time staff).
- Must be able to work full‑time hours and be flexible to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work across the specified areas.
Training and Support:
We provide industry‑leading training, receive a £120 payment upon completion, and offer shadow training in the field.
Remuneration:
£15 per hour for full‑time staff meeting the above requirements. Applicants not meeting these criteria may receive a lower rate.
