Community is at the core of what Clyx does, and this role sits right at the centre of that. As Community Relationships Coordinator, you will be responsible for finding, building, and nurturing relationships with community leaders across a range of spaces. This is fundamentally a people role. Success depends on your ability to identify the right communities, earn their trust, and bring them into the Clyx ecosystem in a way that feels meaningful for both sides. You will work with a good degree of autonomy, balancing proactive outreach with thoughtful follow-through, and have real ownership over how we find and build relationships with the communities that matter most to us.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Finding & Reaching the Right Communities
- Research and identify community leaders, organisers, and founders across wellness, culture, creative industries, and professional networking
- Craft personalised outreach across email and social platforms that feels relevant and considered, not generic
- Follow up with inbound interest from prospective communities, assess fit, and keep conversations moving at the right pace
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective community partnerships
- Manage early-stage community relationships from first contact through to onboarding
- Handle the follow-ups and logistics that keep things progressing smoothly
- Ensure new communities feel genuinely welcomed and set up for a positive experience from the start
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships over time and improve how communities experience Clyx
- Attend community events as a Clyx representative
- Use in-person interactions to deepen relationships that begin online, and open doors to new ones
- Contribute to how Clyx engages and communicates with its wider community network
- Share regular insight on what is and isn't working, and help shape our approach over time
What We Are Looking For
- A natural relationship-builder who can earn trust quickly and communicate with warmth and authenticity
- Highly organised, with strong follow-through and attention to the details that keep partnerships moving
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing a varied workload without close oversight
- Genuinely curious about community — wellness, culture, creative industries, and professional networks
- Strong written communicator who can craft outreach that doesn't feel like outreach
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with regular in-office collaboration

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary. We want people who grow with us and are excited to make a lasting impact.
