Success depends on your ability to identify the right communities, earn their trust, and bring them into the Clyx ecosystem in a way that feels meaningful for both sides. You will work with a good degree of autonomy, balancing proactive outreach with thoughtful follow-through, and have real ownership over how we find and build relationships with the communities that matter most to us.

  • Research and identify community leaders, organisers, and founders across wellness, culture, creative industries, and professional networking.

  • Use in-person interactions to deepen relationships that begin online, and open doors to new ones.

Programs & Community Growth

  • Contribute to how Clyx engages and communicates with its wider community network.
  • Share regular insight on what is and isn't working, and help shape our approach over time.
  • Genuinely curious about community — wellness, culture, creative industries, and professional networks.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with regular in-office collaboration.
