ClystCore Ltd is a forward‑thinking, RICS‑regulated chartered surveying practice based in Exeter, covering the South West region. We offer Home Surveys (Levels 1–3), residential valuations, reinstatement cost assessments, cost management, dispute resolution and expert witness services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver RICS Level 1 and Level 2 Home Surveys (Level 3 as an option for the right candidate)
- Produce RICS Red Book‑compliant residential valuations (market, probate, Help to Buy, matrimonial, etc.)
- Conduct Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes
- Create clear, well‑structured reports and maintain excellent client communication throughout
About You
- Are RICS Registered Valuer (VRS) or working towards registration
- Hold AssocRICS, are newly qualified MRICS, or are working towards your APC
- Come from a building surveying or residential surveying background
- Have experience (or a strong interest) in Level 1 and/or Level 2 home surveys
- Write clear, well‑structured reports and communicate confidently with clients
- Are self‑motivated and comfortable managing your own workload
- Hold a full UK driving licence

Location
