As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining various fire and sometimes security systems to ensure their optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarm systems.
• Delivering a high level of service to our customers.
• Completing accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Working independently and as part of a team as required.

Requirements:

• Direct experience in a similar role is not essential - we will give you the tools and skills to succeed.
• Ambition and drive to become a qualified maintenance engineer through our training.
• Someone who is proficient in problem-solving.
• Have a full, clean UK driving license.
• Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required.
• Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients.
