Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
- Support project managers in resource management and allocation.
- Handle payment applications and invoicing.
- Schedule site visits for the installation team and raise jobs in the system.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and engineers.
- Order and dispatch system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of visits.
- Liaise with engineers regarding accommodation and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field (not essential).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
