We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the delivery of our Supply, Install and Commissioning works. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills and a deep understanding of fire and security systems.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple fire and security projects from initiation to completion.
- Liaise with the client, end user and installers to ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and review quality.
- Control and issue certification once projects are completed.
- Ensure service level agreements and margin expectations are met.
- Maintain full responsibility for P&L, payment application processes and workâinâprogress (WIP).
- Issue payment notices, agree invoices and attend final account meetings with clients.
- Procure and manage subcontractors, and oversee dayâtoâday commissioning teams.
- Accountable for the overall success of each project.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Fire & Security industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire and security system technologies and installations.
- Excellent organisational and timeâmanagement skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, are advantageous.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
