We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the delivery of our Supply, Install and Commissioning works. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills and a deep understanding of fire and security systems.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple fire and security projects from initiation to completion.
  • Liaise with the client, end user and installers to ensure works are completed to a high standard and on time.
  • Visit project sites to monitor progress and review quality.
  • Control and issue certification once projects are completed.
  • Ensure service level agreements and margin expectations are met.
  • Maintain full responsibility for P&L, payment application processes and work‐in‐progress (WIP).
  • Issue payment notices, agree invoices and attend final account meetings with clients.
  • Procure and manage subcontractors, and oversee day‐to‐day commissioning teams.
  • Accountable for the overall success of each project.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Fire & Security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fire and security system technologies and installations.
  • Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as PRINCE2 or PMP, are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
