Clyde Windows & Construction is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Sales Representative to join our established sales team due to continued high demand. This role focuses on larger home improvement projects including conservatories, sunrooms, extensions and garage conversions. We are looking for someone with experience in these areas who can confidently meet homeowners, understand their requirements, and guide them through the design and quotation process. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

Working Area
Field-based sales role. Customers located across Central Scotland. Applicants should live within approximately 30–45 minutes of our office in Larkhall. Mostly afternoon and early evening appointments.
Candidate Requirements
- Has experience selling conservatories, sunrooms, extensions or similar construction projects
- Is confident meeting homeowners and discussing project requirements
- Has strong communication and closing skills
- Is motivated, reliable and comfortable working in a commission-based role
- Lives locally within a reasonable travel distance of our office
