As our business continues to grow, we are creating a new leadership opportunity within our Window & Door Installation Division. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Installations Manager/Project Coordinator to oversee the full operational delivery of our installation teams.

About the Role

As Installations Manager, you will take ownership of all daily operational activity relating to window and door installations. You will ensure smooth planning, high‑quality delivery, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all window and door installation projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate labour, schedule teams, and manage daily workflows.
• Ensure materials are ordered, staged, and ready for each project.
• Support operatives with day‑to‑day issues and decision‑making.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and problem‑solving on site when required.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring communication is clear and professional.
• Maintain high standards of installation quality, safety, and compliance.
