About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join our expanding Property & Liability team in Manchester. The role involves assisting a caseload of Property & Liability cases for a corporate client. The successful candidate will negotiate settlements, provide advice, assess and review damages, and support the team on complex property damage claims. The role requires logical analysis, good communication skills, strong client and staff relations, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with a caseload of Property & Liability cases for a corporate client.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of the client.
  • Provide advice and assess/review damages.
  • Support the team on more complex property damage claims.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous legal experience within a Property & Liability environment or litigation experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in property or recoveries.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills/knowledge.
  • Professional manner with ability to build relationships internally and externally.
