The Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance Team, part of the wider Real Estate Finance group, works with lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on complex, high‑value transactions. This associate role supports both partners in real estate finance and asset/infrastructure finance transactions, offering exposure to corporate lending, structured finance, transport, energy and digital infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of real‑estate finance and infrastructure finance transactions.
- Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and related documentation.
- Manage transaction work‑streams, including condition‑preparations, timelines and closing processes.
- Assist with structured real‑estate financings, development financings and portfolio transactions.
- Support infrastructure financings across transport, decarbonisation and digital sectors.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, sponsors and internal teams.
- Contribute to business development activities, including pitches and credentials.
