The purpose of the Technical Product Lead – GDS & ERP is to continually enhance our agency workflows and drive efficiencies through greater use of automated processes, streamlined workflow scripting or adoption of mid-back-office ERP features. In this multi-national role you will be the product manager and agency administrator for our Amadeus reservation system and productivity suite along with our mid-back office invoicing system, Unit4 Central Command ERP. Product management of our proprietary Consort agent desktop would also sit under your remit. The role also offers the opportunity for Hybrid working, dependent on commercial demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Manager: Amadeus GDS & Productivity Suite
- Lead administrator for agency offline booking workflows
- Managing PCC/OID settings for consistent workflows in all markets
- Managing multi-national users though Amadeus LSS / LSM
- Supporting GDS booking scripts/smart-flows for online customers and NDC flows
- Working with online automation systems such as Compleat or IQCX
- Rolling out new product enhancements across the business
- Own the product development roadmap for features and enhancements
- Be knowledge specialist for all associated Unit4 integrations and workflows
- Managing projects to bring in new workflows and ERP productivity enhancements
- Provide 2nd level internal user support for system
- Ensuring booking data is invoicing in a timely and accurately manner
- Reducing manual transactional errors through continuous improvement
- Sunsetting legacy system features to aid productivity
- Working with Clyde SMT to shape product roadmap for Consort
- Technology team product lead for this customer facing core system
- Work with developers to resolve bugs and test frequent sprint releases
- Become knowledge specialist for our Compas crewing to Consort API integration
Supporting Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for customers and colleagues on core Clyde Travel systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with all travel booking platforms
- Collaborating to onboard new external customers onto Clyde technology systems
- Setting up new internal users across all Clyde agent booking systems
- Collaborating with other departments to drive efficiencies across the business
- Reducing system errors through proactive monitoring and system checks
- Managing technical supplier failure/disruption or notifications
- Providing internal or external training for systems you product manage
- Documenting processes and creating consistency in workflows
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional experience using Amadeus GDS and Productivity Suite
- A deep knowledge of travel invoicing software, processes, and system administration
- Or experience using Unit4 Central Command mid-office system or Unit4 ERP
- Good understanding of airline BSP/ARC transactions and processes
- Demonstrable understanding of core Amadeus GDS workflow products
- Have a good understanding of Amadeus NDC workflows
- Knowledge of PCI compliance and working with virtual cards and customer credit cards
- Good understanding of GDPR and working with protected personal data
- Understanding of travel market nuances and experience working with multiple invoicing currencies
- Previous experience working in a technical support/corporate reservations
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office/365 products and automation workflows
- Experience of dealing with BSP/ARC will greatly benefit the job holder
- Experience configuring supporting other travel technology systems (rail, hotel, other)
- Previous experience implementing new customers onto travel systems
- Previous experience working within the Marine or Energy travel industry
- Worked to ISO9001 process standards within travel
- Previous experience using support software such as Freshdesk/Service
- Knowledge and usage of project management software such as Monday.com
- Previous experience using process mapping software such as Nintex Promap
- Passionate about great customer service and experience
