We’re looking for a Letting Assistant / Property Inspector to join our Stirling office. This is a varied role within our Lettings team, combining property inspections, working with tenants and landlords, administration and supporting the team with the day-to-day management of our rental properties.
Let’s Talk About The Role
Your role will include:
- Carrying out routine property inspections, move-in inventories and move-out check-outs.
- Visiting properties across the Stirling area and accurately recording their condition with detailed photographic reports.
- Identifying maintenance issues, safety concerns and any potential breaches of tenancy.
- Checking properties meet relevant Scottish letting requirements, including smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms.
- Reporting maintenance issues and working closely with our maintenance team to ensure they are followed up.
- Communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors on a regular basis.
- Supporting the Lettings team with preparing and launching properties to the market.
- Assisting with Lettings administration and keeping property records and compliance documentation up to date.
- Providing a friendly and professional service to our landlords and tenants.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property and lettings, with a role that offers a mixture of property visits, customer contact and office-based work. Previous property experience is beneficial but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
What We’re Looking For

- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in property, sales, lettings or a customer-facing role would be beneficial.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
