Now, we're happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our market leading team as a Letting Advisor in our West End office.

Let's Talk About The Role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administration – manage correspondence, update records, support office operations and manage property keys.
• Be the first point of contact – respond to enquiries, answer telephone calls and welcome clients professionally.
• Support the team – collaborate to ensure smooth workflows and high service standards.
• Help coordinate rental property launches – manage pre-market activity, marketing materials, and compliance.
• Maintain accuracy and organisation – ensure documentation is compliant and processes are followed.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Competent IT skills
• Previous experience in a sales or customer facing environment
