Job Overview
Clyde Financial aims to fulfill client requirements for all property, finance, and insurance needs. We are looking for a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year’s experience dealing with whole of market mortgage and insurance advice.
This is a high-earning role offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission, and excellent ancillary benefits such as private healthcare & pension.
This role is solely office-based.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations to determine suitable mortgage options.
- Provide clear and comprehensive advice on various mortgage products available in the market.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and changes in financial services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders in the mortgage process.
- Follow up with clients throughout the application process to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
Required experience, skills, and qualifications:
- At least one year’s experience as a CeMAP qualified whole of market mortgage advisor.
- Experience dealing with personal insurances is preferable but not mandatory.
- Ability to cope with high volume.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Excellent team-working, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills – we move at speed and need you to keep up!
Salary: DOE but highly competitive with uncapped OTE.
