We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent computer and communication skills.
Acting as a key point of contact for our Landlord clients and applicant Tenants, the role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office. The role is part of a small client facing letting team responsible for:
- New tenancy creation
- Administration
- Viewings
- Liaising with Landlord clients and Tenants regarding the marketing of rental properties
- Negotiation of new tenancies ensuring property compliance is in place
- Carrying out tenant applicant referencing
Organisation and strong administration skills are key.
Full Time - Core hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Flexibility will be required for holiday cover and to cover the office opening hours. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement, company pension and employee benefits.
