This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent estate agency and promote our Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 award winning service. We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.

Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries and dealing with our clients face to face in the office. You will also carry out property viewings at our sales properties over the weekend. This role is far more than just a frontline role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their estate agency career.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication skills. Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency or sales would be very advantageous. Full UK Driving Licence required – you will have use of a Company pool car.

Part Time – Core hours are as follows:

  • Friday 9am – 5pm – Office cover
  • Saturday & Sunday 10am – 4pm – Property viewings
  • Monday 9am – 5pm – Office cover

Salary – £18,252. Flexibility may be required for holiday cover. Competitive salary, company pension, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.
