This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent estate agency and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 award winning service.
We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro‑active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries and dealing with our clients face to face in the office. This role is far more than just a frontline role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their estate agency career.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication and sales skills. Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency or sales would be very advantageous. A full UK Driving Licence would be beneficial.
Core Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (35 hours per week). Flexibility required to participate in an office rota to cover opening hours.
Annual Salary – Competitive / DOE. Flexibility will be required to cover office opening hours and holiday cover. Competitive salary, pension, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.
