Join our Team! We are excited to be recruiting a full-time qualified Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming team at Earl Grey Dental. Located on Earl Grey Street, the practice is just a short walk from Haymarket Station and easily accessible by public transport. You will be joining the team at an exciting time with fantastic opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career.
Your Role
- You will be responsible for providing chairside support, overseeing daily practice activities, and ensuring excellent patient care.
- You will play a key role in managing clinical and cross-contamination compliance and Health & Safety measures.
- Other duties include:
- Creating a welcoming environment for patients, making them feel at ease from the outset
- Ensuring all elements of the patient journey are delivered consistently to a high standard
- Proactively seeking patient feedback and acting on suggestions for improvement
- Supporting the Practice Manager in managing external lab work
- Managing stock efficiently and ensuring timely replenishment
- Undertaking reception duties when required
- Acting within the GDC’s standards for the team and practice
- Supporting associates by providing professional chairside support
- Providing training and support to colleagues as needed
About You
- Must be GDC registered
- Experience working in Private/NHS practices
- Committed to delivering high levels of patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop new skills
