Responsibilities- Provide chair side support during all day‑to‑day activities within the practice and surgeries.
- Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care while complying with all clinical and health & safety guidance.
- Create a welcoming environment for patients that sets them at ease from the outset.
- Maximise the use of the internal system (Software of Excellence) to maintain accurate patient records.
- Set up the surgery appropriately for each session to maximise efficiency and utilisation.
- Anticipate the requirements of the clinician and patient in advance of their session, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment are in place.
- Monitor surgery stocks to maintain appropriate levels.
- Undertake reception duties when required, including answering the telephone, making appointments, and collecting patient charges.
- GDC registered.
- Experience working in private or NHS practices.
- Willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
