Join our Team! Our practice Clyde View Dental and Implant Centre in Helensburgh is looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, patient-focused individual to work closely with our Lead Clinician, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and helping them make informed decisions about their dental care.

The role is key in working between our clinicians and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience, from their initial enquiry through to completion of treatment. You will act as a trusted point of contact for patients, helping them understand their treatment options, answering questions, coordinating appointments and ensuring they feel confident throughout their journey.

Based in Helensburgh, the practice is beautifully situated on the banks of the Firth of Clyde, and enjoys a stunning location within this vibrant seaside town. Your Role:

  • Support the Lead Clinician with the presentation and coordination of treatment plans.
  • Conduct treatment consultations and discuss treatment options with patients.
  • Explain costs, finance options and payment arrangements in a clear and professional manner.
  • Follow up patient enquiries and treatment recommendations to support treatment acceptance.
  • Nursing with the Lead Clinician on treatment and clinical sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • Work closely with clinicians, nurses and reception teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Support practice growth through excellent customer service and patient engagement.
  • Manage patient communications via telephone, email and in-practice consultations.
  • Support marketing initiatives, patient referrals and testimonial collection where appropriate.

About You:

  • Hold current GDC registration.
  • Have experience in either NHS, private practice, or both (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable to have experience supporting cosmetic, implant, orthodontic or advanced restorative treatments.
  • A genuine passion for patient care and customer service.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
  • Confidence discussing treatment plans and associated costs.
  • Professional, positive and proactive approach.
