As a Float Nurse, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our practices running smoothly, stepping in to provide cover across our friendly teams. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting clinicians chairside across a wide range of treatments, ensuring excellent patient care.
  • Creating a calm and welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
  • Keeping surgeries running seamlessly – from set-up to stock management, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Using your organisational skills to maintain accurate patient records (using Software of Excellence).
  • Getting involved beyond the surgery – from reception duties to helping with daily operations, your adaptability will shine.
