This is a part time opportunity, working 2 or 3 days per week.
As a Float Nurse, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our practices running smoothly, stepping in to provide cover across our friendly teams. Whether it’s helping during staff holidays, supporting during sickness cover, or bridging the gap before a new colleague starts, your expertise will make a real difference. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting clinicians chairside across a wide range of treatments, ensuring excellent patient care.
- Creating a calm and welcoming environment where patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
- Keeping surgeries running seamlessly – from set-up to stock management, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Using your organisational skills to maintain accurate patient records (using Software of Excellence).
- Getting involved beyond the surgery – from reception duties to helping with daily operations, your adaptability will shine.
