Join our Team! As part of a 12-month transformation programme, we have a great opportunity for a Campaign Lead to join our team and provide additional marketing capability while strategic projects including brand development, website redevelopment and CRM implementation are delivered.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, the Campaign Lead will ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard, managing day-to-day campaign execution across digital and traditional channels. The marketing team work hybrid, with 1-2 days per week based at our Glasgow city centre HQ and a requirement to visit agencies, practices and events across Scotland when required.
Your Role: As Brand & Campaign lead you’ll be responsible for supporting Clyde Munro’s exciting brand transformation plans. With a focus on growing our private treatment revenue, you’ll lead multi-channel initiatives designed to raise the profile of the group's brand and supporting lead generation activity to support our Treatment Co-Ordinator function.
This role will cover the below responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Delivery: Lead the day-to-day delivery of the group's private treatment campaigns; Coordinate activity across digital, print, PR, outdoor, radio and local marketing channels; Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget; Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to interrogate patient data – maximising the opportunity within our patient base.
- Brand Campaigns: Deliver ATL and brand awareness campaigns supporting Clyde Munro's new brand strategy; Coordinate campaign implementation across multiple agencies; Ensure brand consistency across all campaign activity; Support major brand launches and creative rollouts; Support patient facing events, sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Digital Marketing: Coordinate paid media campaigns with the support of the Senior Marketing Manager; Manage campaign landing pages alongside website partners; Support email campaign deployment alongside the Practice Marketing Lead; Support SEO and content marketing activity; Support the group social media strategy.
- Brand communications: Work with Practice Marketing lead to raise the profile of our clinicians via video content, social media, thought leadership and podcast opportunities; Nurture relationships with Scottish and local press; Work with the wider team to support internal communications.
About You: A degree in Marketing/Communications or related field; Desired 3 years of experience in a marketing or campaign role.
