Clyde Marine Recruitment is seeking an experienced Captain to join a Class B passenger vessel operating in Dublin. This is a permanent opportunity offering stability, a flexible monthly rota, and accommodation in Dublin for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full command of a Class B passenger vessel operating within Dublin Bay waters.
- Ensure safe navigation, vessel handling, and compliance with all relevant maritime regulations.
- Lead and manage the onboard team, maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and passenger service.
- Oversee daily operations, including voyage planning, reporting, and adherence to company procedures.
- Maintain strong communication with shore-based management and port authorities.
- Uphold safety drills, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement of onboard safety culture.
Qualifications
- STCW Master 500GT Near Coastal Certificate of Competency.
