We are seeking an experienced Crewing Officer to join our office based team in Glasgow. The role supports domestic and international shipping clients across a range of vessel types, delivering crew management and recruitment services.
THE ROLE- Manage recruitment and crew management activities
- Support and guide colleagues across crewing and recruitment
- Help ensure smooth, compliant recruitment processes
- Previous experience in marine or shipping is essential
- Background in crewing, recruitment, contracts, certification, quality or payroll preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Private healthcare and Level 1 private dental
- Company pension and Death in Service benefit (4x salary)

- Office based hours: 9.00am to 5.15pm, Glasgow
