b Overview /b p As a Senior Associate in Clyde Co’s London Employment team, you will handle high‑value employment matters for multinational clients, spanning advisory and litigation across jurisdictions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams on corporate transactions, restructures and strategic projects, shaping people-related outcomes in regulated sectors. The role offers a collaborative, high‑performing environment with the potential to develop through cross‑border matters and complex tribunals. You will act as a trusted advisor on sensitive workforce issues and senior exits, contributing to business growth and client service excellence. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Advise on the full spectrum of employment law (contentious and non-contentious) /li li Manage Employment Tribunal litigation from inception to conclusion, including multi‑day hearings /li li Provide pragmatic, business‑focused advice across sectors under tight deadlines /li li Support corporate teams on employment aspects of M A, TUPE transfers, outsourcing and restructures /li li Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor on strategic employment issues /li li Draft and negotiate employment documentation (contracts, policies, settlement agreements) /li li Hold familiarity with regulatory/compliance issues in regulated sectors (insurance, healthcare, energy) /li li Supervise junior team members and review their work for quality /li li Contribute to business development and growth of the practice /li li Communicate effectively with clients in a clear, concise, client-friendly style /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law /li li Strong track record managing Employment Tribunal litigation from start to finish /li li Ability to deliver pragmatic advice under tight deadlines /li li Experience supporting employment aspects of M A, TUPE, outsourcing, and restructures /li li Confident in client relationships and strategic employment discussions /li li Skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts, policies, and settlement agreements /li li Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in regulated sectors /li li Experience supervising junior colleagues and maintaining quality in output /li li Commercial mindset with willingness to engage in business development /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills /li /ul ul li collaborative /li li commercially minded /li li client-focused /li li employment law (contentious and non-contentious) /li li Employment Tribunal litigation /li li M A employment considerations /li /ul
