We are seeking an enthusiastic NQ solicitor to join our expanding regulatory practice in Aberdeen. The role focuses on health & safety, representing clients prosecuted in criminal courts for health and safety breaches and at fatal accident inquiries. It also involves assisting clients after major incidents, guiding them through investigations by regulatory bodies like the police and HSE. Occasionally, the role may include criminal prosecutions related to road traffic fatalities. While some court experience is beneficial, full training will be provided as this is a specialist role.
The successful candidate will work with Mark Donaldson, recognized for his expertise in this area (Chambers band one, Legal 500 leading individual). Our clients include household names, local authorities, and offshore operators. We value strong teamwork and collaboration, with a high level of ownership of cases.

- Attend and appear in court.
- Support partners in servicing existing clients, developing new business, and maintaining client relationships through technical excellence and innovation.
- Draft legal documents and provide client advice.
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities within the team and the wider Clyde & Co casualty group.
