We are recruiting a Solicitor (NQ–2 years PQE) to join our specialist Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Regulatory team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top 20 international law firm with one of the largest and most highly regarded SHE practices in the UK.
The Opportunity
You will become part of a collaborative and supportive team of 16 fee earners, working on a highly varied and often high-profile caseload. This role offers a unique opportunity to practise criminal defence within a corporate environment, while developing a niche specialism in regulatory crime. You’ll be involved in cases from initial investigation through to court proceedings, including:
- Corporate manslaughter
- Health & Safety prosecutions
- Environmental crime
- Fire safety and food safety matters
- Motor prosecutions
- Representation at Coroners’ Court
You will work with a broad mix of corporate and insurer-backed clients nationwide, gaining exposure to complex and impactful matters.
