The Corporate Intelligence Team supports the firm’s Global Insurance and Dispute Resolution practice by conducting detailed investigative research into individuals, companies, assets, and financial structures. The role focuses on delivering defensible, well-documented intelligence to support litigation, arbitration, asset recovery, and complex insurance disputes. The Analyst will work closely with the Head of Corporate Intelligence, partners, associates, and insurance clients across multiple jurisdictions, clearly documenting findings both evidentially and through formal reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth investigations into individuals and corporate entities in support of:
    • Casualty and personal injury claims (Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss)
    • Property and construction disputes
    • Corporate and commercial litigation
    • Financial investigations and white-collar crime matters
    • Insurance coverage disputes
    • International arbitration proceedings
    • Financial and Professional Disputes (IFPD)
  • Prepare reports in line with case specifications and instructions, with detailed analysis of the findings.
  • Investigate and report with good understanding of data protection and the handling of sensitive data.
  • Time record in accordance with billing procedures and to meet/exceed hourly and billing targets.
  • Manage time in accordance with fee agreements on a case-by-case basis and display an understanding of commercial requirements.
  • Be able to work and report on a wide variety of different work types and be able to manage their own time effectively and efficiently.
  • Report within prescribed time frames.

Qualifications

  • 2–7 years’ experience in:
    • Corporate intelligence
    • Litigation support investigations
    • Insurance investigations
    • Financial investigations
    • Asset tracing or forensic research
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate registries and financial filings.
  • Track record of hitting billing targets.
  • Fully conversant in a wide range of IT systems and tools including MS Office, Co-Pilot, TraceIQ, SOCMINT, OSINT resources, etc.
