The Compensation Analyst (Global) is a newly created, projects-based role within the Total Reward team, reporting to the Global Reward Projects Lead. This position will support strategic global reward initiatives, including benchmarking, pay transparency compliance, and harmonisation of compensation approaches. The role also involves assisting with cyclical HR processes such as global salary reviews and job grading administration.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Technical Expertise
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and analytics.
- Knowledge of incentive plan design and job grading administration.
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Proven project management experience on large-scale initiatives; international project experience preferred.
- Ability to liaise effectively with global stakeholders across HR and finance teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate globally.
- Presentation & Reporting
- Excellent presentation skills, including creating PowerPoint packs and presenting data in a clear, meaningful way.
- Ability to support data-driven decision-making through insightful reporting.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a consultancy environment is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency Directive projects is an advantage.
