The Senior HR Coâordinator will support the Fee Earners HR Operations team, delivering highâquality operational HR services across UK teams.
You will sit within the Fee Earners HR Operations team, working closely with HR Advisors and Business Partners to provide consistent, proactive people support across the UK business.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working at a coordinator level, ideally within professional services.
- Strong IT/systems capability, with the ability to suggest process improvements.
- Actively develops new skills, with ownership of upskilling on processes and systems.
- Consistently delivers against deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Provide administrative HR support, including drafting changeâofâterms letters.
- Assist with exit interviews, reporting trends to the HR Business Partner.
- Maintain accurate employee data across MyWorklife, SharePoint, Org Charts and iManage.
- Monitor key processes such as probation and end of fixedâterm contracts.
- Prepare monthly people reports and attend manager meetings, noting actions.
- Conduct new joiner checkâin calls and elevate any concerns.
Absence Management
- Run monthly sickness reports and flag concerns with line managers.
- Conduct wellbeing checkâins and support managers with returnâtoâwork meetings.
- Arrange Occupational Health referrals, calls and followâups.
- Ensure sick certificates and absence records are accurate and up to date in MyWorkLife.
Cyclical HR Events
- Support annual processes including talent management, moderation and salary review.
- Schedule meetings, prepare documentation and take meeting notes.
Flexible Working Requests
- Take notes in meetings and prepare documentation.
- Monitor trial periods and support HR Advisor/line manager with reviews.
- Manage straightforward flexible working requests with guidance as required.
Probation Management
- Monitor mid- and endâprobation reviews; check in with managers on progress.
- Provide guidance on basic issues and elevate more complex cases.
Employee Relations
- Take notes in formal meetings and assist drafting scripts and outcome letters.
- Record ER cases in MyWorklife.
- Build confidence in policies and ER process by attending weekly ER team calls.
