We are looking for a Data, Reporting & Insights Manager to lead our People Technology team in delivering highâquality analytics, reporting solutions and data governance that drive business decisions. This role combines strategic leadership with handsâon expertise in Workday reporting and data visualisation, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our reporting capabilities.
What Youâll Do
- Lead and develop a highâperforming People Data & Reporting team.
- Oversee dayâtoâday reporting operations, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery.
- Define and execute the strategy for people data, reporting and analytics across Workday and related HR systems.
- Configure and optimise Workday reporting tools (PRISM, People Analytics, Worksheets, Discovery Boards).
- Drive data quality, governance and compliance with GDPR.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable insights.
- Manage Workday change requests, upgrades and enhancements.
- Lead crossâfunctional projects, including new module implementations and system improvements.
What Weâre Looking For
- Proven experience managing Workday reporting and analytics in a People Data/HR systems role.
- Strong technical skills in Workday (EIBs, PRISM, Advanced Reports, Calc Fields) and data structures.
- Expertise in data analysis, visualisation and storytelling.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead projects and influence across functions.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data governance best practices.
- Workday certification or equivalent experience preferred.
