You will manage a varied caseload spanning wet shipping disputes and marine liability claims, working with insurers, P&I Clubs, shipowners, charterers and other stakeholders.
The role offers exposure to litigated and pre-litigated matters, from small claims to complex multi-track litigation, with opportunities to handle injury and non-injury marine claims and cross-border disputes.
