Clyde & Co in Belfast is seeking an experienced In-House Lawyer to join the Legal & Regulatory Team. You will review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, focusing on supplier, technology and procurement contracts to support the firm’s objectives and risk controls.
You will work with Data Protection and Information Security colleagues, advise on regulatory obligations, and contribute to governance, training and policy development to promote best practice across the firm.
