You will work directly with clients, support partners, and help shape multi-jurisdictional transactions from initial structuring through closing.
You’ll base in Guildford with regular London collaboration and be comfortable travelling as needed, taking ownership of workstreams and mentoring junior lawyers within a dynamic, global firm.
