The Role
As a Legal Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and client support to fee earners, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Working within a collaborative team, you will manage tasks from start to finish, coordinate workflows, support client relationships and help maintain seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage document production and review work for quality and accuracy
- Support clients, fee earners and internal teams with day-to-day queries
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel and administrative activities
- Assist with business development, pitches and presentations
- Manage file opening/closing, compliance tasks and matter administration
- Support billing, WIP management and other finance-related processes
- Maintain accurate client and matter data across systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and meeting minutes
The Team
You will join a collaborative Legal Support team, working closely with fee earners and Business Services colleagues in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, flexibility and exceptional client service are key.
