Department: The Role
This role provides day‑to‑day support for Workday, the firm's global HR Information System, including responding to user queries and contributing to data integrity, upgrades, testing, reporting, and project work. It involves basic configuration, maintaining system accuracy, supporting annual HRIS processes, and ensuring Workday is effectively embedded and optimised across the firm.
The Team
You will join the People Technology team, which supports Workday globally. The team partners with HR colleagues and stakeholders across all key countries to ensure the effective use of HR systems, deliver training, resolve user queries, and drive continuous improvement and optimisation of Workday.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience of using Workday as an Admin user
- Well-disciplined and self-motivated

- Highly discreet, maintaining confidentiality of data at all times
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

- An interest in HR and the technical side of HR is desired

HRIS / Workday Responsibilities
- Triaging and responding to Workday queries from end users, escalating where required
- Basic configuration and maintenance within Workday
- Supporting annual HR processes (holiday carryover, salary review, data loads / EIBs)
- Testing configuration changes/updates in Sandbox and test environments
- Preparing documentation and executing tasks as directed
- Running data integrity checks and responding to audit queries
- Running simple reports and identifying when recurring needs should become templated
- Undertaking basic system imports as required
- Producing training materials, guides, notifications and supporting training delivery
