The Document Production Specialist supports case handlers, legal support assistants, paralegals and BD teams. Working collaboratively with other Document Production Specialists and Assistants, the role focuses on producing accurate, high-quality documents with strong turnaround times. It requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and confidence working independently in a busy environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Technical Expertise
- Previous experience in Document Production
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) with strong troubleshooting skills
- MSO certification desirable but not essential
- Fast and accurate audio typing and transcription capability
- Experience with document cleaning tools and DocXTools
- Strong working knowledge of iManage
- Familiarity with Visual Files 2 and EveryFile desirable
- Good understanding of legal terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across teams
- Good judgement, organisational skills and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to handle confidential material with discretion
