The Role

We’re looking for a creative and innovative Digital Designer to join our forward‑thinking Digital Learning & Design team. In this role, you’ll design and build visually compelling digital learning experiences, multimedia assets, and interactive modules that support a wide range of internal audiences globally. You’ll combine strong graphic design, multimedia production, UX/UI, and instructional design skills to bring engaging, human‑centred solutions to life. You’ll work across the full design cycle—from discovery to ideation, prototyping, and production—helping shape learning experiences that are impactful, inclusive and aligned with business needs. Travel to London will be required as part of this role on an ad‑hoc basis.

The Team

You’ll join a multi‑skilled digital design team with expertise spanning learning design, multimedia production, marketing, copywriting, UX research, and UX/UI. We collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, following a design‑thinking approach to produce innovative digital solutions for a global audience.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Design & Technical Skills
    • Strong graphic, multimedia, UX and instructional design experience
    • Experience producing digital learning with tools such as Elucidat, Articulate Rise or Storyline
    • Multimedia production experience including animation or videography
    • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with tools like Synthesia
    • Ability to build internal sites/pages (SharePoint or similar)
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Strong communication, copywriting and storytelling skills
    • Comfortable working with SMEs to shape content and storyboards
    • Able to influence stakeholders and offer design recommendations
    • Effective collaborator in a hybrid and global working environment
