The Role
This role supports the DEI Governance team in delivering impactful global programmes and responding to client RFPs. It ensures smooth operations across DEI initiatives, including inbox management via the People Services Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Support DEI governance processes and project delivery
- Maintain and coordinate DEI data and reporting
- Assist with recruitment initiatives and process improvement
- Engage with AI tools and data-driven approaches in HR
- Respond to client RFPs and support global communications
- Support with DEI events and campaigns
- Assist with invoicing processes
- Support administrative and logistical delivery across governance activities
- Help format and publish communications to the wider firm
- Assist and coordinate ad hoc DEI programmes
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
- Confident handling data and using Excel
- Experience supporting events and communications
- Familiarity with Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Interest in AI tools in HR (Copilot experience desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Passion for DEI (prior experience not required)
