The Compensation Analyst (Global) is a newly created, projects-based role within the Total Reward team, reporting to the Global Reward Projects Lead. This position will support strategic global reward initiatives, including benchmarking, pay transparency compliance, and harmonisation of compensation approaches. The role also involves assisting with cyclical HR processes such as global salary reviews and job grading administration.
