We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Operations Assistant to join our high-performing Business Development, Marketing and Communications (BDMC) team. Based in either Manchester, Edinburgh or Glasgow, this role plays a vital part in ensuring the systems and resources that underpin our global BDMC team run efficiently.

You will work closely with the BDMC Operations Manager and colleagues around the world to maintain key reference materials, data libraries and systems that support our ability to win work, drive engagement and position the firm effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain key departmental infrastructure including:
  • Pitch content library
  • Pitch log and trackers
  • Supplier portal profiles
  • CV and image libraries
  • Manage updates to firm information across assets such as the website, third-party platforms, sales tools and marketing materials
  • Monitor BDMC mailboxes and route queries to the appropriate teams
  • Create and maintain department trackers and calendars, such as legal directory research timelines
  • Support internal onboarding and training resource development
  • Act as a SharePoint champion and troubleshoot user issues
  • Maintain templates and guidance documentation
  • Support the rollout of automation and AI initiatives in collaboration with the Operations Manager
  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, CRM systems, CMS or other BD/marketing technology
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing content and data
    • Proven ability to take ownership of administrative processes
    • A tech-savvy and efficiency-driven mindset
    • Experience in a professional services or BD/marketing environment (preferred)
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced setting
