Role

As a Billing Analyst (Portuguese Language) within the Working Capital team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely generation, submission and dispatch of client invoices across the firm. Reporting to the Working Capital Manager, you’ll work closely with Partners, lawyers, regional finance teams and Credit Control to support effective billing and collection processes. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced professional services environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident communicating across jurisdictions. You will support complex, multi‑jurisdictional billing requirements, ensure compliance with client SLAs, and participate in billing review meetings with Partners, contributing directly to the firm’s working capital performance. Advanced Portuguese language skills are essential, supporting billing activity and stakeholder communication for Portuguese‑speaking jurisdictions.
