The Team

Our team covers a wide range of litigation including motor, disease, employers liability and public liability claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team within our multi-award-winning firm. The role is based in our Belfast office and requires regular communication with clients nationally. We have a collaborative, supportive team working in a modern, flexible environment.

The Role

Your role will involve assisting our lawyers and Partners with all aspects of the day-to-day management of claims, including:

  • Assisting with liability enquiries
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical records and reports
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Preparing instructions to Experts and Counsel
  • Preparing Counsel/Court bundles
  • Any general administrative duties

Essential Skills & Experience

Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure and to meet strict deadlines. Although not essential, knowledge of the litigation process would be useful. Previous experience in a similar legal setting is required.
