Our clients include hospitals, medical defence organisations, pharmaceutical companies, insurance firms, healthcare providers, private equity investors, health ministries, and authorities. The Team

Our expanding national Healthcare Regulatory team handles a broad spectrum of work defending healthcare professionals and organisations in regulatory proceedings before statutory regulators (GMC/MPTS, GDC, GOC, GPhC, NMC, HCPC), disciplinary proceedings before NHS Trusts, NHS England, and private healthcare entities. The team also handles Coroner's Inquests, CQC proceedings, data disputes, and public inquiries. A specialised sub-team defends healthcare professionals in criminal proceedings. The team is led by Jane Lang in Cardiff and Adam Weston in London.

Our Manchester Regulatory team seeks an Associate to manage a varied caseload of healthcare regulatory matters for clients including insurance companies, medical and dental defence organisations, private individuals, and professional associations. The successful candidate must manage complex caseloads and have experience handling regulatory and inquest matters.

  • Practicing solicitors must hold a practicing certificate as per the Solicitors Act 1974
