The Role
We are looking for an Associate to join our highly regarded Disease team in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high‑profile disease litigation within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will assist in managing a diverse caseload of disease claims, including both pre‑litigated and litigated matters.

Experience Level: 3+ years PQE
Status: Full‑time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a range of disease claims including noise‑induced hearing loss, asbestos‑related conditions, upper limb disorders, and stress‑related injuries.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Liaising with clients, Counsel, and medical experts.
- Providing strategic advice on liability, causation, and quantum.
- Negotiating settlements and attending court hearings where appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance with client SLAs and internal quality standards.
