Job Overview

Associate (0‑5 years PQE) in Clinical Negligence and Abuse Claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed caseload of clinical negligence and abuse claims.
  • Provide regular communication and updates to clients.
  • Work within a collaborative, support‑oriented team in a modern, flexible environment.
  • Take the lead in a growing area where the law is developing and the work is challenging.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified solicitor, preferably with 0‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
  • Litigation experience and highly determined, adaptable to a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a highly professional service to clients.
  • Experience in personal injury desirable; experience in clinical negligence or abuse claims an advantage, but not essential.

Location

Role can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
