About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Litigation Executive for our Multi‑Track Motor team in the Manchester office. The role involves working with a small team handling some of the UK’s largest insurer clients and reporting directly to the Legal Director for day‑to‑day tasks. The team operates on a hybrid schedule, with staff in the office 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act and assist on Multi‑Track Motor claims on behalf of leading insurers.
- Handle own case load and support others with multi‑track work, including complex motor injury claims.
- Report to, liaise with, and meet clients with a high level of professionalism.
- Draft pleadings, prepare instructions to counsel and experts, and attend and advise in conference.
- Conduct legal and industry research and stay current with best practices.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Experience and Skills Required
- Previous experience working on Multi‑Track Motor claims preferred. Strong Fast‑Track experience may be considered with full training and supervision.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong relationship‑building skills both internally and externally.
- Assertive and confident in managing expectations.
