We are looking to recruit an Associate (2-5 PQE) for our Motor team in the Manchester office. In this role you will work with leading insurers, report directly to the Legal Director, and enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with 20% office presence. Full training and ongoing supervision will support your development in Multi-Track work.

Responsibilities

  • Act and assist on Multi-Track Motor claims on behalf of leading insurers.
  • Handle your own case load and assist others with multi-track work, including complex Motor injury claims.
  • Report to, liaise with and meet clients with a high level of professionalism.
  • Draft pleadings.
  • Prepare instructions to counsel and experts and attend and advise in conference.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with legal and industry practices.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on Multi-Track or strong experience in Fast Track Motor claims.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional manner with ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Assertive and confident in managing expectations.
  • Experience from claimant or defendant firms welcome.
